TruServ Resources Ltd (TSR) emerges as a dynamic and forward-looking organisation built on a strong legacy of professional excellence, drawing its roots from the extensive experience and proven track record of COMPLAN Consult and development consultancy firm the Network for Community Planning and Development (NECPAD) a not-for-profit organization, two institutions with over two decades of practical experience in Ghana’s development and consultancy landscape providing services across Ghana’s public, private and development sectors. Established as an offshoot, TruServ inherits decades of multidisciplinary expertise in planning, research and large-scale project implementation, positioning the company as a credible and results-driven service provider within Ghana and beyond. This foundation provides TruServ with a unique institutional advantage—combining practical field experience, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of local and international development frameworks. Leveraging the institutional strength and historical achievements of COMPLAN Consult and NECPAD, TruServ Resources is poised to deliver solutions that are not only strategically sound but also practical, adaptable, and results-oriented. The organisation integrates traditional consultancy excellence with modern, innovative service delivery models across diverse sectors including procurement, logistics, environmental management, real estate, mining, oil and gas, and general trade. BY integrating COMPLAN’s expertise in project planning and technical consultancy with NECPAD’s grassroots experience in social interventions, TruServ is able to design and implement solutions that are both technically sound and locally responsive. This transition reflects a deliberate strategy into a full-service solutions provider capable of delivering measurable impact, efficiency, and sustainability for its clients.

The  organization is in good standing with Ghana Procurement Authority (PPA) with Supplier number 708008.

[ ] Sustainable Livelihoods - Linking sustainable agriculture and organic waste management to social protection and decent work for unemployed youth and women organsations in the Savannah Ecological Zone of Ghana funded by the EU under the CSO in Research and Innovation for Sustainable Development.

 

[ ] Consultancy services for the provision of Technical Assistance and Institutional Strengthening of Tema Metropolitan Assembly (TMA) under the NORDIC-funded Second Urban Environmental Sanitation Project (UESP-2)

 

[ ] Socioeconomic analysis of targeted communities of Nima, Alogboshie and Akweteyman under the component on participatory upgrading of targeted flood prone low-income communities and local government support  of the World Bank funded Greater Accra Resilient and Integrated Development Project (GARID)

[ ] Pre-situational analysis of CARING Gold Mining Project funded by the USDOL

 

[ ] Socioeconomic surveys towards the resettlement of Dumasi Community implemented by Golden Star Prestea/Bogoso Mining Ltd. Funded by IFC.
